Delivery costs are automatically calculated before you finalize your purchase, and we partner with reliable and speedy delivery services to ensure you receive your purchases quickly and in perfect condition.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Lyséor gladly accepts returns or exchanges that meet our return requirements.

Our Return Policy

We accept returns or exchanges within 14 calendar days of the delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be accepted. Products must be in their original, unopened packaging and must not have been altered or used to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Products that arrive damaged or defective can be returned for a refund or exchange. Please inspect your product upon receipt and contact us immediately to report any issues. Lyséor will review the information and determine if the item is eligible for return.

Only products purchased on Lyseor.com are eligible for returns. Refunds will be issued to the original purchaser and account.

If your order was placed using a voucher, a new voucher will be issued with the same expiration date as the original, provided it has not expired. Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the item received is damaged or defective.

Sale items, special orders, and engraved or personalized items are not eligible for refunds. Returned products must be accompanied by the original box, packaging materials, and a copy of the shipping invoice.

Lyséor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mishandled return packages.

Defective products

Any items received that are broken or defective will be exchanged or refunded. Please contact our customer service by emailing contact@lyseor.com, and we will guide you through the return process, including the provision of a complimentary return label.

Once the returned item has been received and passes our quality control review, a refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Please allow 4–8 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
