Order Processing
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2 to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or a defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
